So far so good. Place is like a maze but all storage places are I think and there are maps placed at the entrances so you can find your way around. John was helpful and friendly, and everything was clean.

Update: Robyn, the property manager, is an absolute angel. Very friendly and anytime O had a small greivance she met it with a smile and a solution. I feel safe anytime I am here and my unit is always safe and not tampered with. Robyn is not shy showing her personality when we converse. I can imagine she is the same with all customers. I originally did the electronic sign up where everything was supposed to be ready for me to just go directly to my unit on the day of check in, but I couldn't find a property map to find my unit. So I went into the office for help. The lady working, I'm sorry, I forgot her name, was AMAZING! She took the time to actually walk us all the way to our unit, not just point and be done. Then she showed us the closest door to the unit and the easiest place to park to unload. She was friendly and courteous. She took the time to make sure we knew exactly how the lock worked and had us double check to make sure that we could secure the door before she left. We had a less than desirable experience renting the truck due to the truck company using all digital, automated services and had actually just had a long gripe session about how true customer service was a dying concept in our society, but this lady gave us hope that some companies and people still value it. Thank you for taking just a little bit of stress out of our very stressful move.

This is a new location and very nice. It’s going to have even more storage soon. I was lucky enough to get a reservation as moving out of UofA for the summer. Karen and Chas both helped as I got the last one, but it wasn’t lettting me do the eRental due to a maintenance issue. Everything got worked out and was able to get moved in easily. Plus, I like the app has the ability to allow me to unlock the doors for moving stuff into the location.
After speaking with Debby at Corporate Customer Service, she referred me to the Park Place facility. Chas, the Park Place manager, actually called me before I had a chance to contact her to and I made an appointment to visit. Chas was so helpful and patient with me to ensure I was able to get the best possible price for our new unit. It is for a non-profit organization, and she helped me with the web site pricing. I was pleased and impressed.
