The front desk associates ( if I remember , her name was Jennine and the other associate on Thursday I don’t remember his name ) were extremely friendly and helpful. Both provided me a tour and also Jennine gave me a second tour to ensure the width of the doorway of my 10’x5’ room was adequate and all fit great!!! RJ is an employee that can handle all issues and problems that can be encounter in the company. Even though he is just new in this branch (Pecten), i noticed that the way he communicate, he can answer any questions that is being asked calmly and with respect to the customer. One time i went to pay my bill almost 5pm, i know that he’s already tired but still welcomes me with a smile and patiently answers my questions. I know that if he stays longer in this branch, he can attract more customers because of the good traits that he has. It happens that RJ is my employee, i would promote him to a higher position. After a lengthy search for RV storage decided to try public storage. Not being the best at driving a 30 foot motorhome I went prior to renting spot to make sure I was going to be able to park it. Claudia took the time and showed me the spots I took the RV for a trial parking adventure just to make sure. After all was said she spent time with me and made it easy no pressure. great customer service from property manager Stephanie A she's so helpful and humble , my family has used this facility multiple times and we are always happy to come back to Public storage property is clean, p.s app is fabulous so easy to open the gate no more getting out of vehicle , Autopay option available for those of you who would like to manage account through out the day. Employees are very helpful and I highly recommend this location and percent Court variety of options to choose from , great prices !
