I've been to many public storages but this Public Storage in Sonoma is my favorite! The place is really clean and spacious. Everything looks nice will kept.
But the best part was definitely Gio! She was so nice and super helpful from start to finish. Her personality and professionalism are rare today. She when above and beyond and if she worked for me I'd give her a raise.
I'm glad I have my storage at the cleanest and sweetest storage place in town.

Darcy was a big help getting my niece a storage locker for a great price! The grounds look tidy. There is no lights inside the lockers. But there is lights outside. Bring a flashlight!

Darcy immediately made me feel comfortable. Extremely accommodating and friendly. I could feel instantly that she cared for the people who rent there and that she took her job seriously. It can be stressful leaving your belongings elsewhere but I instantly felt at ease and will sleep peacefully knowing I chose the right location.
The property manager Darcy, is friendly knowledgeable and service minded. At my last visit I drained my car battery while unloading my unit (duh!) And she dropped everything to jump my car to get me back on the road. She rocks!
