I had rented a 5 x 10 and realized I needed a bigger one so I rented another one 5 x 10. Big Rob called me this morning saying I’d be better off getting a 10 x 10 so I did. He was very helpful and got me a unit right by the door Big. Rob was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the company and different ways to save me money with only getting one insurance instead of two. I would definitely recommend birthed Public storage

It's always a pleasure to run into Big Rob at Public Storage in Berthoud. Big Rob always goes out of his way to come over and greet me and make certain I'm having a great experience at Public Storage. Yesterday he helped me with a question about renter's insurance, immediately printed off the required paperwork and got me sorted out in minutes. Big Rob is very conscientious and professional and he is the secret sauce that makes Public Storage in Berthoud work so well!
Big Rob has always been a big help from my first encounter with him as we rented our first unit. Always seems to be walking around checking on things. Even helped to break the ice that had formed at the bottom of the roll up door. The ice was so thick and the door wouldn’t open but he tried several different things to help break the ice so I could access the unit.
