Great storage units they are clean well maintained they have carts to help you move. I did everything online when I rented my unit which was so perfect,with no problems at all. The climate control in so nice. I do wish they had a code box on both ends of my unit, and 9pm I feel is a little early to shut all gates (no access)there has been a few times I've needed in my unit after 9pm and I cant get get in. Definitely a more positive storage facility then negative. Oh I need to mention u can access all gates with the app on your phone no damn code to remember,that is a win win for me!!
I've used this storage site for months now and I just recently upgraded to a larger unit. The site feels very secure and clean. When making the switch to my new unit, Oscar, the young man that works up front, was very knowledgable and great to work with.

Modbox storage was a great place that I’m glad I picked. Rodney was extremely helpful through out the duration of my rental. He graciously answered all of my questions prior to choosing modbox and was always very kind and had a smile on his phase. The units are very clean - everything looks brand new. The lot is cleaned regularly and Rodney does a great job notifying you of any issues while doing his security checks (he texted and emailed me when he noticed my unit was not secure - even reminding me that I can access the unit until 10pm when I told him I wasn’t sure if I could make it there before 5:30pm). All in all a great place to store at. Thanks Rodney!

Out of any storage I’ve ever used this has BY FAR been the easiest and smoothest move-in I’ve ever experienced!! I moved in outside of office hours but was still able to receive help over the phone and within 10 minutes I got the unit number and access code! It was INCREDIBLE!
