I have had a storage unit here for about 5 years; almost from the beginning of their opening. I have had a lot of storage units over the years due to my vocation. Easy access off C470 to I25 or I70. If you live near the foothills, this is a great location for storage. It's always clean, including the bathrooms. It has excellent security, but easy access. Corey, who runs the place, is fantastic. You need something, she will take care of you. If she is at the front desk when you come in, she always waves. The only drawback I would say is if there is not anyone here when you need something, it may take a day or so to get in touch with them. Still that is better than most others that I have been at. Try it out. You'll like it.

Corrie was super helpful walking me through the steps of accessing a unit that I rented on-line. When I needed to add an additional unit she got me all set up with exactly what I needed and on the same floor in the matter of minutes. A very nice & polite lady who gives me a wave every time I come in to drop stuff off.
I downsized my storage unit, because I was paying for more space than I needed. I started out on the app, but finished in person. Despite some confusion caused by various logistical issues on my end Grace the property manager (not sure if that's her official title) was very helpful and accomodating.

This is my second time using public storage across the country. At this location, Corrie the property manager was very helpful and kind. She ensured that I was able to get the storage unit I needed on first floor near door. The price and offer was very reasonable. On the day of my move Corrie was in office to ensure a smooth transition. Really appreciate her support. Also Corrie had informed Grace about my contract, on that day Grace had helped me during contract signing and was very supportive in ensuring that I get exactly what I had planned for signing.

We recently moved out of our three large storage units at the Public Storage on Bowles Ave in Littleton. Corrie assisted us with our move-out and was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Over the past year plus, both Corrie and Grace have consistently supported us with our storage needs, and it’s always a pleasure to see them—they truly treat customers like family.
The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and feels both warm and secure. We highly recommend this location for any self-storage needs. The team is wonderful, and the location is extremely convenient!
Move-in Review 2024:
We had storage rentals at two other facilities while we have been under construction of our home. They had become very expensive with rate increases and were no longer convenient in proximity to us. We met with Grace, who by the way as amazing and very accommodating. She showed us a few of the units and found two larger ones that would be convenient. The move was expensive but we are very happy to have our belongings organized and in a clean secure facility. Grace has gone out of her way to make the transition as smooth as possible.

This facility was great, well maintained and they didn’t play the jack up the rate game that most storage facilities play. the entire year I was using my unit it was the same cost. I had to get my lock cut because I lost my key and the staff was super helpful, special shoutout to Grace who was especially helpful and so kind in helping me navigate that fiasco.

We had been looking all day for storage for our utv. We ended up here. Gail was a lifesaver. She helped us with another location. Fill all the paper work out for us , so all we had to do was drive to our spot.
If it wasn't for Gail we would of driven home to az because we were just so frustrated.

I am going through an ugly divorce where my ex is making my life difficult, and a shared storage unit was one of his weapons to use against me. Corrie found my name as authorized on the account and then solved my problems by giving great suggestions. I am now out of the shared unit and now have my own unit. I cannot explain how helpful and wonderful Corrie is! She helped walk me through the entire process. From finding the perfect unit that was wheelchair accessible to the super easy online paperwork process. She even went above and beyond to help me with the moving process. Also when i determined the unit i got was actually to small she made the transfer process super easy. However the online price doesn't apply to transferring units which it u fortunate. The units in general are perfect and exactly as expected. Super clean! Mostly temperature controlled, however, it seems they currently have an ac unit down so it's a bit warmer then it should be on the 4th floor. They even have some units marked as wheelchair accessible ♿️ Thank you Corrie for everything you've done!

The facility is great, Corrie is very friendly and helpful, and my biggest annoyance is dealing with the security codes and elevators which is actually a plus since it means the building is more secure.

She gave me a tour of the facility to my storage unit, helped me with understanding how to get access to the lobby and my unit, and answered all my questions. After dropping off my 1st run of stuff to my unit, I was kindly greeted by Grace who was also very kind and helpful and took the time to answer some final questions. The facility and bathroom were very clean and easy to navigate. The facility is very secure and I feel safe and confident that my items will be secure. I will recommend Public Storage on C-470 and Bowles!

Thanks to Grace the Public Storage is finally operating at a normal capacity. Clearly the higher-ups and Public Storage corporation cannot get this worked out but I'm sure they're enjoying the fruits of all the hard work from people like Grace. I give Grace five stars but Public Storage maybe one star. They're very disrespectful and raise your rent every six months $40-$60 and could care less about locks on the doors or the small things that make the experience bearable. Thankfully people like Grace are there to fix the problems those in authority pretend to care about. Thank you for caring about your job Grace. Hopefully those in authority can take a lesson from you and your character.

I have two units here that I need for a charitable project I coordinate called the SHE Leads Purse Project. During our busy season I need a second unit. I went in yesterday to get into my new unit. Corrie was super helpful. When I drove up she was sweeping outside and she greeted me. She continued to make sure I had everything I needed. I had reserved the second unit online, but was unable to request it be near to my other unit. Corrie fixed that for me, too.

I've rented storage units in several cities and this is by far the nicest one I've seen. It's extremely clean and seems very secure. Corrie was nice enough to show me several units and then several days later I booked a unit. The process was very easy. When I arrived to move my belongings, Grace helped me understand the process for entry and took me to my unit. She showed me how the cylinder lock works and I was good to go. I really appreciated the help from Grace and Corrie. Very good experience.

This is a good storage facility. There are always carts available to move when you need them, it is impeccably clean and very convenient. Kudos to Grace, one of the managers, for being exceptionally helpful. If you have to go through the miserable job of moving and storing yourself, this is as easy and pleasant as it can be.

Grace was such a great help when I reserved a unit, she walked me through all the steps efficiently and with friendly smile. When there were glitches with door/elevator code she quickly fixed the problem and I was on my merry way. In a world where customer service is frequently lacking, Grace was a breath of fresh air.
This facility is always extremely clean and well-kept. I didn't have an issue reserving or obtaining my unit and have been with them for almost 6 months now. In addition, my discounted rate had ended and they extended it all on their own, without any prompting from me. I've rented with many storage unit companies before, including several other Public Storage facilities, and this one has been my best experience by far!
Grace at the front desk is awesome! She helped me from day one 2 1/2 years ago until today when I moved out. It is clean and dry. There are bathrooms and drinking fountains. As you walk down the hallways, all the lights turn on. I had an indoor unit on the fourth floor, and it worked perfectly for me.

We moved from out of state and he was in constant communication with me - he reassured me that the units and the facility would be ready to receive our movers. If I ever had to leave a message, he would return my call in 5 minutes. I've never experienced such wonderful customer service. Public Storage is so lucky to have James! He is a consummate professional, friendly, positive and one of the most helpful people I've ever met. He made what could have been a super stressful experience of moving so much better. The elevator doors close a bit too quickly and make it difficult to load... You'll see what I mean. Overall exceeded my expectations and I would recommend.
