We received notice that our rate on our unit was once again increasing. We called and spoke with Tom and asked if they had a smaller unit to rent. He said we were in luck and that there were several units available. He showed us both units and gave us a quote on both which were cheaper than the one we have now. Thanks to Tom for all his help and at the end of the day gave us a great deal!

We have had a 10x20 storage unit here for 4 years. It kept at a good rate with only a couple rate hikes until the last year when it increased $115 in one month. This was much higher rate than what someone new would be getting. We went and spoke with Tom and he took the $115 back off the monthly rate. Excellent customer service by him and because of him we are going to continue renting there. Thanks Tom!!!!!!

I was in the process of downsizing my 10x5 unit, and Tom showed me a couple of the available 5x5 units. I later went online to reserve the smaller unit. The next day, I received a call saying the unit I had reserved may be smaller than what I needed (a 5x4). I went into the office the next day, and Tom was able to walk me through the transfer of my 10x5 to a 5x5 and made the process very simple and So easy!! Appreciate all of Tom's help, which was always with a smile! Highly recommend this facility at 15000 S Parker Rd!! Newer, clean, and secure. Plus, easy access through the app.

All employees are friendly and concerned that renters are happy. Louie and Tom have been extremely helpful. Having never had a storage unit before, I did not know what to expect. Louie was very kind and patient with me explaining how the lock and unit works. He showed me how to use the APP to open the gate. Louie followed up with me the next day to be sure I was satisfied with my unit. Tom called me when I put in my notice to vacate. He wanted to be sure I was happy with my rental. The facility is clean and new. Thank you to the wonderful staff for your great customer service. Would definitely rent here again if the need arises.

I got my 5 x 5 Storage a couple of months ago I really love it is very spacious. I have never gotten a storage before so I was a little unsure of which one to get Clarissa was very helpful when I went in and got the Storage other staff was great too, Clarissa was very helpful in letting me know how to access through the app Which is really easy and I love to open the door that way. Clarissa was also very helpful when I was having trouble getting a box out of my car. I am glad that I am using Public Storage in Parker at 15000 West Parker Rd.

Update 5 months later: Just moved out of the units and it was an easy process. I "moved out" on the app and just stopped by the office to finalize it. Took less than 5 minutes.

Eric was a very nice young fella that went above and beyond by not only helping me locate the facility personally … but was very personal… patient and accommodating . His information he presented and overview of guidlines … persmeters and rules were thourough , efficient, and to the point.
