They recently changes from Easy Storage to Public Storage. We had a rough transition but today they redeemed the day! The young man helped me straighten everything out and the app is amazing. Wow!! I’m 70 years old and have moved 26 times using storage for every move. This place is Fantastic and the best I’ve experienced. 1) They have thought of EVERYTHING to make use easy and comfortable. 2) They operate with Customers in mind; not just profit. 3) they have the very best, Very professional staff. 4) the place is spotless 5) the place is SECURE. I’ve got to get back to work since Hurricane ida is coming fast; more later. I don’t often say this as I’m a very critical and particular German; do try to USE THIS PLACE !!!!!
This is the second time we've rented a storage unit from this company. The woman we rented from is professional and caring. Unfortunately, she is resigning her position. We received the same level of professionism during our first rental.;
This facility is clean, secure, and well maintained. The On-site manager is extremely pleasant, kind, and more than accommodating. In addition, this facility is very reasonably priced. We randomly chose it based on being close to our new home, and we couldn’t be happier.
