This facility is clean and located in a safe neighborhood. I had question about rate increases and a refund for a lock. I have been very happy with this storage unit. It is very clean and secure. They hv called me if my locks don’t seem secure after a visit to my units. Plus they have always worked with me and have been very courteous. Everyone I’ve spoken to there has been professional, helpful and friendly. A special call out to Helga who was very helpful. If you are in need of storage, I do recommend this place.
