I came here to buy a washing machine off marketplace 3 weeks ago and Google has asked me to leave a review everyday since. From what I could tell it's a storage unit facility. It was clean and easy to locate. The washing machine I got off marketplace works great. It's nice to have clean clothes.

I went to the office because my monthly rent had increased. Whitney, the property manager was very helpful in explaining what my options were. First, she said I could request a rate decrease, no guarantee that I would get one, but it did not hurt to ask. Next she told me about transferring to a different unit and what the rates were. I left very satisfied with the option I chose. I appreciated the time Whitney took to talk to me and she said if I had any more questions, please call the location directly.

HJ(from Babcock location) was covering late Friday night at the end of the month and it was so busy! I walked in expecting a long lengthy blah blah just to get a storage unit, but this service was fast and painless.. I walked out with a storage in less than 10 minutes. I even was able to view the unit before agreeing. Britanie was extraordinary with her customer service. She answered all of my questions respectfully and was really quick. I'm so impressed and happy to have a safe space to unload my extra belongings. I love thats is a gated storage unit and I feel very confident that my items will be safe.
