Nick is the best !!!!
First experience with this facility and it was great. Nick went above and beyond to make sure I was choosing the right unit and size for my needs. Customer service and communication from the Nick was exceptional, really made me feel like I was checking in a 5 star hotel. Will definitely refer friends and family to this facility for their future needs.

I met Nick, the property manager today on my first visit to the new Public Storage at 9692 Buffalo Road, Palmetto, FL. He was very helpful and answered my questions.
The property manager, Nick, was super helpful. Another storage place messed up our reservation so we went here and Nick was patient and helpful in getting us a unit that suited our needs. It's also a beautiful facility with convenient loading and unloading areas for ease.
