Other than it being a little creepy when you start to walk down the hallway and it’s really dark till the lights click on, they keep it super clean. Never had issues with my code on getting in. Sometimes the people that come to load or unload don’t really think about how other that might need to come but that is not Public storage’s problem that is an individual problem lol

I booked online. I got a unit on the second floor. I got there and used the elevator ONCE and then it would not operate. It was before the office was open so I called the 800 number, but got zero REAL assistance.

So today is the 7th of November I rented a unit from Public Storage had no clue where my unit was even with a map. So I went to the office to get assistance Ms Michelle was in the office she was on a phone call, I could tell she was on the phone I waited patiently did not take long at all as she when I walked in let me know very pleasantly she was on the phone. Then we talked she met me around to where my access would be. Have some small talk she was great at explaining and showing me how freight elevator worked walk me to my unit. We have a unit at this public storage and I have to tell you this place is amazingly clean! It’s indoor units only, and they keep it temperature controlled so that your stuff doesn’t get damaged by heat or humidity. The units are roomy with plenty of space to stack to about 10 ft high, maybe more. The staff is so helpful and friendly. It smells descent, no weird odors at all. For the price which is only $50 a month for the middle sized unit , Even the bathroom is clean!! 5⭐️’s out of 5⭐️’s ,100% and an A++!!!!!

I have been with this Public Storage Facility for 2 years. Today, May 2, 2022, I spoke with Miss Vicky, who originally assigned me my Unit. I have a Unit in the Climate Controlled Area. After 2 years it’s just as I had left it. Miss Vicky was as jovial as the day I first met her. Which was at the end of the day, and I was “slap dab worn out” from moving in which I had labored 8 straight hours to accomplish. Miss Vicky’s energy & jovial persona uplifted me and it was so good to reconnect today. She has more than earned a 5 STARS RATING from this client!!! “HATS OFF TO YOU VICKY!!!

Ms. Traci is always helpful and polite. I was able to get a climate controlled storage unit for what I paid another local storage facility nearly 8 years ago for something that was not.

Traci has great customer service and is very professional. She treats customers with the upmost respect and she keeps a smile on her face no matter what time you arrive at this location. Traci attitude help make my decision to utilize Public storage. Traci deserves 10 Stars instead of 5 stars. She is a great asset to public Storage. There should be more employees like Traci at Public storage locations.
