Angela provided exceptional customer service and true southern hospitality from start to finish. She made the vacate and transfer process very smooth and stress-free, explaining all policies and procedures clearly and professionally. The store was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. Angela is truly one of a kind!
The only recommendation I would suggest is updating the website to clearly reflect office operational hours instead of just gate access hours. I did end up waiting over an hour and a half for assistance with another unit, but once Angela was available, she handled everything perfectly.

Fantastic experience renting one of the first units at this brand new facility. The process was straightforward and to the point, the associate who assisted me Robin was kind, polite, knowledgeable and very skilled. I was in and out within what felt like just a few minutes. Would definitely recommend this location as someone to get a unit if needed.
One tiny little word of mention is the rolling carts they provide for you to use to assist with your moving are kind of small and "dinky", so maybe try and obtain your own when needing to move stuff around, but this has absolutely NO bearing on my thoughts of the facility, the unit I rented and the professionalism of Robin.
