Valerie was amazing. Customer service is great and the facility is very clean I left and came back because the facility where I moved to too self storage was not clean and had bugs and things coming off the ceiling, so I returned to public storage. It’s very clean and easy to access. Valerie was also amazing. You can use their lock or your own which I love bc at other facilities they make you buy theirs.

Air conditioned, almost always empty and easy to set up. Elevators always worked and dolly/cart always available to use. Only needed for 9 months, price from $75 to $100 month after three months. Expected price change to happen but I had an overall positive experience. Customer service was always polite at this location.

My experience at Public Storage on Military Highway was amazing. The on line registration/check in was very convenient. I had some questions and they picked up the phone quickly , and was very curious and professional
When I got to the grounds , Kelly came out and met us warmly , and she took the time to not only walk me to my locker, but also took the time to walk the grounds w me so I knew where everything I may need was . I also appreciated her taking the time to make sure my codes worked and both keys for the storage unit

I've had top five star assistance concerns , being polite , respected and listening to every thing I had to say carmen, the manager on duty today was exceptionally professional and answered and had everything I needed up.She's very, very knowledgeable and I recommend her, if there's any promotions or any anything she needs.I would cater to her because she is a great woman.Thank you very much

On the first sight of the New Public Storage facility on Cherry Road, we knew it would be the next home for our dear belongings. Upon entering the office Ms. Valerie was so welcoming and encouraging. My husband and I have been going through some difficult times and practically had church with Ms. Valerie and left feeling lifted in our Spirits. Upon our coming back and moving our belongings, we met Ms. Sarah, who was also nice and encouraging. My husband and I was there the whole day (past Ms. Sarah's shift), moving our precious belongings into this lovely facility. She was helpful to us, seeing how laborious it was for us to move everything in our new unit. We are so proud to be a part of fine community and have our possessions housed here. Thank you so much Public Storage for your Wonderful employees and Beautiful Storage facility.
