I initially had trouble booking a certain reservation only to realize it was sitting in my cart (silly on my part!). Darrius helped me out super quick & was able to send me a booking link after a short phone call. I then realized I wished I had pushed my move-in date back a bit. I called Darrius after not having much luck with the corporate Public Storage people. Darrius had me come to the office & got stuff settled in all of about 2 minutes!! 10/10 customer service & I highly recommend working with Darrius!

I bought a storage unit at Public Storage and the building layout felt like it was designed by an escape room enthusiast with a grudge. The elevators trapped me so many times I started considering forwarding my mail there. Every hallway somehow led to a different hallway. I’m pretty sure I accidentally crossed into another dimension near Unit C-47.
But then there was Deuce.
Deuce carried this entire experience on his back like a retail gladiator. Calm, helpful, funny, and somehow able to give directions in a building that appears to have been engineered by raccoons with blueprints. Without him, I would’ve left stressed, sweaty, and emotionally damaged by Elevator #2. Instead, I left only somewhat sweaty.
Public Storage: fix your elevators. Deuce: deserves a raise, a trophy, and probably partial ownership of the building.
Carla is so amazing! She showed me several units and was very professional and extremely friendly.

But let me add to this review for folks to realize what is happening with Public Storage.
I chose this location because the facility was new, clean, convenient, and the move-in process was easy. However, my monthly rate increased by nearly 50% in less than 6 months for the exact same unit.
I understand rates can change, but increases this quickly feel frustrating for loyal customers. I’m hoping management can offer a retention adjustment or loyalty pricing before I consider moving to another facility.
Not a happy Public Storage customer.
The property staff has always been amazingly wonderful, and always willing and able to help with answer questions or navigating the space.
I particularly love the fact that there is a bathroom on site and the building is super modern with top security features.

Darrius was an absolute pleasure, made it so easy to come in, see the space and get set up in less than 30 minutes. I didn’t feel rushed and he was so kind when asked to repeat several things.
The booking and move in process was so easy. Booked online, got my code, then was automatically able to access my unit. You can also download the app to streamline the access process. A key and lock were available in the unit. Clean indoor and outdoor units. 24 hour acces options available as well.
If you want to bypass the "human interaction" this is ideal. The manager called a few days later to check and make sure everything went well. Awesome experience overall. Highly recommend.
