I had a great tour with Shontil! She was very thorough with making sure I was aware of any rules, to ensure the safety of myself and everyone there. She told me everything that I needed to know. She was proficient at getting everything in order so that I wouldn’t have any issues ahead. Her customer service was above expectations! The location is well kept, and I have confidence that it will be a great location for storage.

Nice, easy, would recommend to others

There were two (2) extremely helpful and above and beyond representatives (FeFe and Ken) who made my move and helping me attain two (2) 10×30 storage spaces during my temporary move out of my 3200 square feet, fully and completely furnished home. I attempted to look at various storage companies but nolear not one of them had the size I needed to store my items. I just happened to drive by the Tara Blvd location and that is where I encountered Ms. FeFe. She advised me that they had storage units of the size I needed and she educated me on going to Public Storage website and secure the spaces. She went over hours of operation as well as hours I would have access to my storage spaces. She informed me to try and check in the 2 weeks prior to me getting access just to confirm. On one attempt of me calling to confirm, I encountered a not so pleasant representative (Chantel) who told me I need to come by the location by Saturday (11 April 2026) because she cannot guarantee that I would have the units. It was like she was giving me a deadline before I even needed to gain access to the units. However, I chose NOT to come and then I followed back up with another individual (not sure of his name but he had locks and was a young black male). Upon my arrival, after providing my information, he confirmed that I do have two (2) units reserved for 26 April 2026 and nothing had changed. I spoke with Ms. FeFe again the week of my move and she confirmed everything remains fine with my reservation. Fast forward to 26 April 2026, my movers and I with three (3)trucks loaded with my items arrived and unfortunately, Ms. FeFe was not at the location as she had to work at another location. That's when I encountered Ken. He was busy assisting other customers but upon him resolving their issues, he assisted me with my inquiries. I wasn't sure exactly how to access my storage location which he stated to look at my text from when I paid and it should have provided me with my gate/door access code. Actually Ms. FeFe did advise me of the same, but I completely forgot due to having alot on mind/plate with this move. Ken, after finishing with the other customers stated he can direct me where to go. He locked up the main entrance and we headed to the area (back) to where my units were and we re-checked the units just to verify and confirm that these are the sizes I needed. I just want to say that Ken but moreso Ms. FeFe have provided exceptional customer service and it exuded above and beyond my expectations while I had been dealing with a busy and chaotic time...I want to say Thank You to them both and perhaps a teachable moment for the other representative on how customer service is given. One thing neither of these individuals knew is that I work in law enforcement and I deal with bad attitudes daily so I wasn't expecting to have that at this Public Storage and BOTH Ms. FeFe and Ken definitely did NOT give that to me...so Thank You Public Storage and your two (2) reps and I look forward to continue doing business with your company and hopefully with those same two (2) individuals.....

Fefe was an absolute angel. I am disabled and she was able to help me get around and even look at the locker before we agreed on it. This is a really high tech storage center. The security system is top notch with multiple layers of security. It is temperature controls and all inside. Really fantastic place that I would recommend to anyone. You can't beat this deal.

I just checked in with ShonTi and the process was smooth. She was able to change my unit from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor, which I appreciate. She was friendly and professional; she shared additional information that was helpful for getting in and out and stressed the open and close times to ensure we do not have any problems getting in or out close to closing time. The facility is fairly new, so it is very clean.

Honestly don’t have a problem with storage at this facility, but what I do have a problem with is they have no empathy. I am a federal worker who has been furloughed, with no resolution in sight. Yet these people wont even waive a late fee to accommodate my situation. I did not ask for them to waive my rental fee , JUST the late fee they denied my request ON SPOT! Horrible! I offered to fax/text/email my SF80 as proof of my furloughed status they refused it. So, please put this mental note in the back of your head if you ever get in a situation no fault of your own, know these people DO NOT CARE, all they care about is the money😒. *UPDATE: Thanks to the property manager Shontil, at this location, she was able to get the late fee waived. I am most grateful for her determination efforts and persistence in speaking with the higher ups about my situation an adjusting that late fee. Thanks a million Shontil🫶🏽, you deserve 5🌟’s

I can’t say enough about the professionalism and courteous character of the property manager. I searched for many storage units to house my personal belongings but most of them had issues such as the property being disgusting, restrooms smelling bad and just all around poorly managed. This location should be the standard as to all other public storage locations and the team here deserves all the credit. I have never in my life written a review for anything but felt as if this was granted and justified. Customer service is a hard and thankless industry and the team here doesn’t get enough praise. I’m only storing things here from now on even if I move out of town.

This review is LONG OVERDUE!!! I moved out of Public Srorage back in December of 2024 and Shon Til was the manager, at the time. I appreciated her sooo much for her professionalism and courtesy, that I promised her that I would leave her an amazing review. Please note that I "HATE" writing reviews (as you can see, it took me almost 5 months to find the time to do so). But that is also a testament to the positive impact Shon Til had on me. So, Here I am, giving her the flowers she so much deserves. I don't know how this review will affect her employment here, but I do hope it does so with a positive financial impact to her benefit. Whether it be a one time gift of appreciation or a promotion. Regardless, she is well deserving of acknowledgement.

The new location is convenient. The manager is amazing , pleasant, Professional, and accommodating. She calmed my nerves and actually motivated me and my son to create DreamWorks with our teamwork. When I walked through the door I felt defeated, tired, hot, emotional but just the mere fact she could relate, relieve, and reinvent that experience was all the motivation my son and I needed . I had a very pleasant experience working with the young lady on shift this past Sat (she gave me her card including her name, but I can’t be sure if it says Shonti or something else lol sorry. I attached it as a photo though). Anyway, she was super personable and helpful, while also being very professional and informative. She made the whole process very smooth and painless. I’d recommend this location to anyone based solely on the customer experience I had with this employee. It is a bonus that the facility is really nice and clean (new location).
