This storage facility is very close to where I live so it's very convenient for me. I rented a climate controlled space in the A building a couple of weeks ago. I have been there in the evening and the lighting is great! It is very clean and the temperature is perfect. Paris was the representative that assisted me on a very cold day that took us outside for some time. She was great at explaining everything and patient with all my questions. She made sure I got the rental space I preferred. I have been very happy with the space, the price and the customer service.

When there was ice,a nice employee from the office helped me salt the area and chip away the ice with a shovel. Any employee there was willing to help me open the door when I had a back injury too.
