I came to the property yesterday and met Megan, and my experience was great. She walked me through the entire process. I explained that I prefer renting in person because I’m visual and need to see what I’m renting beforehand. I asked a lot of questions, and she had an answer for every one. It was clear she knows the property inside and out because there wasn’t anything I asked that she had to stop and think about. She made the whole process easy from beginning to end and really put my mind at ease. It feels like I made the right choice.
This storage facility is very nice and clean. We liked how it's inside and you can drive right in. Megan was very helpful when we went in to look at the units we were deciding on. We had never rented a storage unit before. She showed us around and was very helpful with getting the rental set up and using the app.

I visited this location on the first and I was incredibly frustrated because it’s a large facility and there were only three carts. Multiple people were on the property many of which were moving by hand. I couldn’t believe it so I went searching for additional carts and seen where a customer was inside of her unit doing whatever but had two carts and there was at least 10 people moving so I approached her and asked to get a cart as she wasn’t even physically using it, she just had her belongings on it. She was reluctant. I happened to run into Megan on the property where I wasn’t exactly my happiest and expressed my concerns and irritation. I walked away prepared to move what I could by hand like many others and she found me by the entrance and handed me a cart. She was a godsend. I’m giving her the five stars cause that property ought to have more than three carts. But she deserves the recognition.

On Sunday 6/29/25 I visited this location because I had question about a unit that would fit my needs while moving. I spoke with a young woman name Megan, and she was so helpful! I have never rented a storage unit before, but she was so patient with listening to what I would need to store and suggesting the right unit for me. The facility was clean, and I feel comfortable coming back to rent here.
Had to post a big THANK YOU to John Smith for helping us out. Love pulling our car inside (most of the time) To load and unload ! Climate control is the way to go.

Came in there earlier this week and met with John. He was so helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable regarding any questions I had or help I needed, which came in handy since this is my first storage unit experience ever. He made it a memorable one. Keep up the awesome guest service!

Been renting a storage space through them for about 9 months and I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone I encounter, whether in office or via phone, but one person really stood out to me the most, and she deserves a shout out!
I recently reached out to them regarding a personal matter, and Savannah was amazingly kind, and understanding. She took the time to explain my options in order to find a solution that fit my needs. She went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions/concerns were addressed and that I felt supported. She truly eased a lot of stress for me that day, and her compassion, professionalism and genuine regard for others really stood out to me - something that is rare to find these days. They are VERY lucky to have her!

Storage facility is ok, but customer service from Jay is top notch. Have had a few issues and she straightens it out every time.

Went to Public Storage today and met with Megan she was a real gem and assisted me with everything I needed and answered all of my questions. I was able to purchase with confidence and she even saved me some money, which was much appreciated.

Marissa was a great help. Answered all the questions i had, was quick about everything, but very efficient as well. I love fast service, but i love it even more when it is all done correctly. Only reason i got the storage unit today was because of Marissa.
