Christina was so kind and helpful! It was my first time at the facility and she walked me through how to gain entry and showed me where my unit was. The facility is very clean and seemed very secure. Comfortable temperature inside. I used the app for access and it was easy. I do think they need more dollys and different sizes, but other than that I recommend this location for storage needs.
