I want to leave a shoutout for the guy working at this facility. He has amazing people skills, is extremely respectful, and really knows how to talk to people. Every time I am here, I see him walking around actively doing his job, keeping an eye on the hallways, and making sure everything is running smoothly. I'm not sure if he has gotten a bump in his pay recently, but he definitely deserves one for the hard work and dedication he shows. Great asset to this Public Storage!

I had a wonderful experience today at public storage and it’s all was made possible by miss Stephanie. She helped me move a heavy object into my car, which seems simple enough, but she had a wonderful attitude, and was helpful and careful with my piece (it was an antique dresser). Without her I would have been struggling and taken so much longer trying to figure out how to Tetris it by myself. It’s amazing how one person can really make your day!
I would definitely recommend a storage to anyone. Your things are kept safe and stored in a cool climate control.

Very nice and clean facility, Jeramani was very helpful making sure the space was gonna work for me and went through and explained all paperwork and answered any questions I had.

Mike the manager reached out to me personally after reading the below comments and asked if he could help me. After calling me personally he explained to me the nature of the issue I was experiencing and offered to make amends as best he could. I was very very happy with the initiative he showed in making sure I felt like a valued customer as well as the amends there were made. Based on this I am more than happy to update the rating back to 5 stars.

Since this place has been bought out by Public Storage, all I have seen is increases in my bill, in some situations WITH NO WARNING. With CUbeSmart i paid a little over 65$/mo. I now pay almost twice that (102$/mo) for the SAME EXACT SPACE WITH NO ADDED BENEFITS! For this to have happened during amidst the pandemic is UNACCEPTABLE! After finishing this review I will be promptly cleaning out my storage permanently!

Jennifer worked step by step to help me with the rental process. She was amazing and her customer service skills were impeccable !
