I was extremely happy with the experience! Moving is always stressful, but Veronica truly made everything so much easier. She helped with all the contract details, answered my million questions, found me a storage unit in a great location, and even provided a cart for moving my things. The price was also very reasonable ($20/month, excluding some initial fees). I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of storage.

The property is very well maintained and clean. Veronica, one of the property employees is very polite and professional. On occasion she has even called me to check up to make sure I am OK and happy with their service.
The Milltown Road location has excellent drainage also; I have never seen or encountered large puddles or experienced any water backing up even after the hardest of rainstorms. I truly feel that my personal items are safe there.

I go to the Milltown road’s office, East Brunswick The place is always clean and feel safe. I appreciate the remote key pass to open the gate, without having the need to remember my code. The staff is always helpful when i have questions. I just wished the units had lights.

A few years back I had a unit at this location. Even though I moved into a bigger space, I still find myself back here often for boxes and packing supplies. They often have sales on their inventory and it’s an underrated place to pick these items up. The lady I see most often is Debbie and she’s just lovely and knowledgeable, and she helped me out a lot during my move. Can’t recommend this location enough!

Deb was fabulous. She walked us through the buildings to show us the rooms. She was helpful in explaining the process and thorough in the details of the billing and prorate and rules. The grounds are clean and well kept. She recommended downloading the app for convenience. Michael is the other person on premise when she is not there, which is nice to know. It was a pleasure to feel good about storing your stuff with all of the chaos from a move that can feel overwhelming. We did 2 rooms close to each other to keep longer term and shorter term items separate.

I had my storage unit for a couple of years. Debbie was wonderful to deal with and always helpful with any questions or concerns. I had a problem with the door and she had it fixed immediately! If I'm ever in need again for storage I would use them for sure!
