I’m a current renter at Public Storage, the facility is always clean with lots of accessible dollys( which is a plus for me because i visit my unit at least twice a week). I want to also recognize Brad, the manager, for all of his help. He has consistently been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Brad goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly and that any questions or concerns are addressed. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service he provides and am very happy with my experience at this location.
Wow, I never expected to be doing a review of a Public Storage employee but I absolutely am because of the excellent service I received! Brad, the property manager, is the ultimate professional in all respects! I observed him for hours while waiting for a mover to arrive. Brad was multi-tasking handling many things at once but found the time to bec beyond helpful to me in handling a difficult situation with the mover. Brad' handled it in a very respectful and professional manner and helped resolve my situation! The Public Storage facility was also spotless, such a pleasant surprise. Brad, the property manager of Public Storage in Thomas Mcgovern Dr., Jersey City is by far the best manager we have dealt with. He went out of his way to find us a good deal & made us feel that storing our things in his facility was like storing it at home. He walked us through the process of online accessing the gates and entry doors. He went over & above to make sure that everything went well for us. Public Storage has a gem - and that’s Brad!!!

I made a reservation online for a 10x10, and Brad, the manager took great care of me, made sure that I was set up, and even helped me transfer from the 10x10 with obstruction that I booked to a 10x10 with no obstruction.
The garage is great, access is better, and I don't have to drive through congested downtown!

Let’s start with the tangibles…the property is beautiful and clean, the location is away from a lot of traffic and the view! OMG THE VIEW! Sad to hear they cut down the trees that created the view, but you can see the NYC skyline from the parking area and it’s just stunning. The real star here though, is the people. The staff has made me feel like family. I was sad to be putting my things in storage because I don’t want to leave this area but the staff has been so comforting and supportive. I ran out of time with my movers and they even helped me finish getting my items out of the UHaul and into my unit. I know they didn’t have to do that but I could have cried tears of appreciation when they did. Words can’t express my gratitude so I hope this review at least sends more customers their way. Thank You Public Storage JC!!!

Today I've signed up at new location of Public Storage. Its completely new- 2. Perfect location because you'll skip downtown traffic. The parking garage is lager than on 2d str.
