Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 4700 N Rancho Dr, Las Vegas, NV

Their hours are incorrect, the office is not open as posted online. Office is open 9:30 am, not 6am. I rented a unit online, as it conveniently offers that you can secure a unit via erental. They leave the locks (they automatically charge for $21) inside the vacant unit. Once I got through the Alcatraz security system (which is great IF it was working), I was able to get to my unit. After I moved all my belongings in the unit, I find out that my unit door does not close because of a protruding metal inside the hole where you put the lock in. I called the customer service line for the one hundredth time, come to find out they don’t even have a real time list of vacant units. So customer service asked me to choose a vacant one, use the lock that was provided in the vacant unit and made an appointment for me to visit the office Monday morning. I had to move everything again. This is not to mention the other bs that occurred while moving into this storage. The security code does not work at all areas, the fire department came because a guy got stuck at the elevator for over an hour, units are not organized with customer service department, another facility manager called me to tell me that customer service agent made a unit reservation for their location… I don’t even know where that location is! So Customer Service people are incompetent. Talk to your property manager directly to get things done! Sandra pulled up 9:23 am, and she is the sweetest thing! Hopefully she can help me and this is all the customer service call center misunderstanding. Update 7/6: Sandra is AMAZING! She was able to fix ALL my problems and got my unit secured. Wow, what a huge turn around! From losing hope with customer service reps to full blown 5 star all because of Sandra.
