Memorial Day 2026 weekend and I needed to get a storage unit fast. Most places were closed or didn't have the unit size is needed. After about 3 hours of internet searching I finally found one that met my needs. I paid for the unit and signed the lease online. Quick and almost painless. The best part was how inexpensive the unit was. I got a great deal for a 10×25 for only $101. Next month it'll only be $67 and that's with the insurance they force you to have.

I have been renting from this property for a while and needed to move my belongings to a smaller unit asap as in the same day! Jade helped me transition smoothly and made sure I didn’t get extra charges. She updated my gate code and refunded my lock fee since I still had my own lock. Jade searched around the property before she left to help me find a dolly. Also, I had zero damages to my belongings as my initial unit had stayed dry all year. The ceilings are well insulated which is important to me since I have lost things in the past at other businesses. A+

Super easy process for renting and move in! Jade was extremely helpful and kind and helped make the moving process as smooth as possible! She helped us find our unit, figure out the best way to unload, and made sure we were completely set and good to go before she left.

We used the facility on Taylor Station Rd in Columbus. Jade was working at the time, and she was extremely helpful and friendly. I was so thankful that she was there to help. With so many businesses doing everything electronically which is so frustrating to customers, it was great to have someone present to help and answer questions.
I had an amazing worker at Public Service named Jade assist me today. She was sincere and took the time to help me when my storage door was stuck. Literally driving to the Blacklick location to come help me. I appreciate her so much and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The facilities were clean and well managed. I had issues cancelling online, but Jennifer was very friendly and helped me out tremendously well. She was able to find me in the system and assure me that I was properly removed from the storage unit. Overall fantastic experience with no stress or issues.

Been at this storage unit going on a month and a half. I've met some wonderful people Kaley included and Danielle phenomenal employees. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable to make you feel safe to make you feel as if your service is valued and much appreciated as tenant few times I had a few concerns. Danielle has went out of way above and beyond to assist and any of my concerns so has Kaley phenomenal representatives. Great customer service, the morale, the aura all of the above. I have nothing but great things to say. Danielle. Keep doing what you're doing kaley has a phenomenal team at this location. They all go hand in hand. Great communication. Very comprehensive and easy to express what I feel can be challenging but as always shined and resolved any one of my issues or concerns, thank you all so much. This is at least the best I can do
