Very easy process with Raina
Super easy move in and extremely clean. I HIGHLY recommend using the app on your phone for opening gates and building, it's very easy and works very well. I'm not sure why but I didn't see anyone using the app, everyone kept using the keypad for access, so clunky compared to remote entry with phone.

It was easy to get the storage and stuff. The only thing is I was told from the person online that I would get my 19 dollars back right away for a lock I had to purchase until I should them a lock that they used, and he said that they would give it back that day. We'll at the storage facility the lady said it would be back on my card within three weeks, not giving it back right away like I was told. Other then that is was great, plus they have carts you can use during the move-in.
