Rolling the blue carts down the main aisle is so loud I was starting to wonder if I was slowly descending into the depths of hell. Orange cart is the life hack. Quiet as a mouse.
Speaking of mice, the place is super clean, i didn't see any critters, inside was nice and cold, never had any issues getting in or out.
It's in a weird spot off near the river, and some people skateboard under the bridge nearby so if you're afraid of skateboarders then boo hoo where's your whimsy?

First of all such a nice facility, easy access to gates and elevators one of the best in pdx but the best part was the customer service that Patrick provided was above and beyond. He knew that I was checking in later in the day with a full U-Haul and just myself . Maybe he saw it on my face or not but he made my situation so much better by making sure that my belongings would be safe at Public storage and I could return in the early morning to finish. We rented a unit here for 6 months or so & had a wonderful experience! The facility is very secure, but easy to access as a renter. The staff is approachable, communicative, & helpful! This was a stark contrast from other storage companies we’ve rented units from. Patrick, in particular, was kind, knowledgeable, & made the process so simple. The staff helped us feel at ease & like we (& our things) were well taken care of. Will definitely rent again if we need storage space in the future!

We just found out that instead of having our rent increase that we could just transfer to another unit (even the same size)and it would reset our rental agreement and reduce our rate! No we can easily downsize as we go and continue to have our rent lowered. Each time. I can’t believe we’ve been paying so much for so long. Just call and they will explain it all to you!

I had rented a 10*10 unit 6 month’s ago and I have gotten rid out f a bunch of stuff.
Patrick at the Albina front desk made it super simple to switch units. He took the time to find a smaller one on the same floor, cleaned t during his lunch break, and was so efficient with the paperwork it took all of 5 minutes.
Things are rough these days, so anytime someone makes it a little easier, I’m really thankful.

every month they come into the Public Storage and I pay my bill and Patrick is always so kind and so friendly and so nice and he is so respectful and helps me even when I know his phones are ringing and he’s got other stuff going on. He takes his time in it he prints out the receipt receipts for me when I ask him and he’ll leave an email him for me and but he’s always so courteous and so sweet and so friendly and that makes me come back to Public Storage every single month.. So, Patrick is an asset to Public Storage and they should always keep him around.

Feeling very secure in my decision to rent a unit from Public Storage again after a positive experience last year. First time at this location, and Patrick was great, very relaxed and competent. I got lost upstairs in the maze but that could be my fault - treasure hunters beware. 🤠
Luckily, I did find two old guys up there who were lost for weeks but said the temperature and humidity controlled climate was perfect.They made a movie about us.
Also, pyramids were the first mega-size storage facilities, if you think about it.
Very impressed with this location, being in an industrial area I was weary. Patrick, the employee on site upon my arrival was very informative, had great customer service, and followed up with a phone call regarding any questions and information that I might need. I think it's great that they follow up to make sure their customers are happy. Very secure place and I would recommend it highly to anyone that is looking for a storage unit in north or Northeast. Portland. Thank you Patrick for all of your help, consideration and excellent customer service.

Checked in on a Saturday morning when staff was onsite, so it was a smooth beginning! The space is clean, odorless, and feels secure. Unload area fits 4 cars which is nice, and they have a few flat carts for use.
Megan was the best, made an appointment with her, she was right there waiting on me when I arrived. Got me everything I needed and so ime just in case stuff! I highly recommend! ❤️
So far, my experience with Patrick and Megan has been superlative. Patrick and I met in person when I took possession of the locker. He was cogent, knowledgeable, personable, and great to work with. The location is clean, there are maps on each floor (which is immensely helpful), and the experience has been excellent.
Megan has been amazing since we got our unit a year ago. She is always so friendly and helpful whenever I have seen her. The building is new and so nice. Property is clean and well maintained.

Other than the access hours this place, it's pretty good. It's secure, clean and affordable, and the staff are very helpful and caring.. i understand why they have early access hours and it is to keep us safe.

Watched this Darked Hair girl, I think I went to PrepSchool with her back in the day, and her name is Crystal,anyways to my big surprise there she is getting in some John’s Chimo Van and in front of God and everybody she had no problem providing her services to him and then it looked like he paid her in the powder stuff people are dying from , fetty??? Is it???

I tried yesterday to reserve/rent a unit online but the website was giving me some trouble, so I decided to just head into the office to get it done in person. Patrick was incredibly helpful and got my unit all squared away in less than 10 minutes or so!
This morning I got a follow up call from Megan about my wonky reservation, just to make sure that it all got squared away. I really appreciate how thorough this staff is, they're all very kind and it is apparent that they care about their customers. Glad I chose this location!
So this five stars is absolutely and only for Megan the manager there at the public storage unit that we have off Albina... My wife and I definitely agree on one thing and that one thing is Megan being the only reason why we are absolutely even there anymore whatsoever if it wasn't for her unique management technique....and the better she makes all the hassles the company throws at us every month... Also as long as Megan's there we stay there if she somehow doesn't work at that job site anymore then we'll try to transfer the one she's at and if we can't do that then we're done with public storage that goes to show how one employee can be greater than the company itself in our eyes anyways...Megan definitely deserves the best from her bosses and at least a raise or 2 of recognition so she can feel financially appriciated
I have to use the storage unit often for professional reasons and I’m there for long amounts of time and frequently! Megan in particular is always incredibly helpful with a positive attitude and goes out of her way to check on me during the long-hauls! It’s clean and well managed, and I would certainly recommend.

I have used close to 10 different storage units around Portland, and this is the best storage facility I have used. New, clean, air conditioned and convenient. Megan is delightful, runs a tight ship, is smart and very service oriented. She always greets me, knows my name and is very personable and considerate. One day in January, I left the facility forgetting to lock one of my units. She called me to tell me she put a temporary lock on it to insure security. Last week when I pulled in she was mopping the big floor where the trucks unload.

Fantastic no contact experience. Everything was ready for me with the lock waiting inside my unit. They even offer renters insurance making it very convenient. My favorite part is the friendly customer service and the fact you can use an app to open the gate. I prefer the app, because the gate code is long and I’m not good with numbers. I would highly recommend Public Storage. Oh not to mention, the units are heated, huge bonus! Thank you for providing me with a space during my move.

I have had a storage unit here for a little bit well around a year maybe more and always had sectionally good Help from the staff great security someone tried breaking into the front doors not too long ago and wasn't able to get past the second set of security doors which was nice cuz they weren't able to access any of the storage units they've made it easy to switch from one unit to the next if that ever is something you need to do and I would recommend this storage location over all the rest

Stephanie was super kind and helpful. She answered all my questions, showed me around, and helped me get situated. Couple notes:
-The company requires you use a cylinder keylock that fits in their doors. You can put your own lock door for double safety, but you will still need to utilize that cylinder key lock (their company policy). So you will either have to buy one from them ($15) or find one on your own.
-The company requires insurance. Theirs is an extra $15 a month until you purchase or prove you have it otherwise.

We rented a unit here for a few months. When we had a national delivery company to pick up our home goods, the lady in the office threatened us and the moving crew because they parked their vehicle in the loading dock. She berated us and the moving crew members - who were super professional - and told the driver to move their truck to the back of the property - which is several hundred feet from the building. She was super abusive and went back and forth to threaten us. Obviously, she did not have any case as the driver of the moving truck even told her to call the cops.... Of course, she did not... She then threatened to tell us that she will black list us and the moving company... She even went after my wife and harassed her several times when I left the property for about 15 minutes. Of course, when I let her know that I know the laws as applied to this, she huffed and puffed and left us alone for an hour or so and then went after the moving crew and my wife again after I left the property. So, for those who are thinking about renting a unit at this facility, be aware.... BTW - she started to spill out nonsense about liability, homeless people etc... We just ignore her. What a petty and egoistic person. I will also write formally to their corporate office so that they can look into this. There is no doubt that there is racism involved here as well.
This is a revised review for the facility -
After my review and a letter to the CEO of the company, a regional director called us within one day and apologized sincerely for the situation. He was very professional and advised us that he will take action accordingly. While we did not expect anything in return - except for improving their personnel behavior & performance, the gentleman offered to refund all of our payments for the entire rental period. This is the type of service performance level that will enable Public Storage to improve.

Nice, clean, new storage facility with really good rates! The woman who helped us at the counter was super friendly and we were able to get everything set up without stress in 15-20 minutes tops. Garage access and elevators made for an easy and safe move-in process. Definitely one of the better storage facilities in the area.
Oh my gosh this facility is so clean! Friendly staff ! The Garage doors and so quick. Nice indoor facility. Sometimes gets busy but with some patience and understand the traffic and people move with ease in the ample space of the garage bays and elevators. The staff is so helpful with all aspects from coordinating your move in to providing carts, keeping the place clean and running smoothly. Heck I might add another unit and move more stuff over here. Great spot 5 stars earned!
We were moving and looking for a place online to store our things while our home closed. The website was user friendly and it was very easy to see what we needed. We were pleased with the professional, prompt service.
Other than the Access/entrance issue (spoiler alert: your device MUST have NFC capabilities!), they are a great place rent from! The online rental and move-in was easy peasy (so easy, a blonde did it lol)! As well, there's an option for auto-pay and competitive prices *even after the obligatory rate increase!
The help and customer service we received when setting up our locker was OUTSTANDING! Maegan was Amazing, knowledgeable and fast. She was very welcoming and guided us through the process, the tour and procedure clearly and in the most friendly and gracious manner! Thank you Maegan!!!!!

This place is clean, safe, secure and surprisingly accessible on a quiet dead end street with ample parking. The two wonderful ladies working there were knowledgeable and personable and patiently answered any and all questions I had with a smile; plus I got chocolate! All this for a little more than half the cost of my last storage place. Effing five stars so far. If you're looking to offload some boxes to keep your hoarding tendencies a secret or maybe just hide the evidence of an overzealous shopping spree or two, I highly recommend this place.

It's cheaper than where I'm at currently and the awesome staff is helpful and informative as well any time I'm here to use my unit the staff are attentive and if I'm looking around for help or having issues they are on top of it and take care of any problems without any attitude or complaints... Unlike my old storage it's night and day opposite. Megan is amazing we are lucky to have her here taking care of business she is alert and is the entire reason for our transfer to this location instead because we have had nothing but negative from our storage units and it makes a huge difference thank you for all you do keep up the awesome work

I rented a storage unit on the app, and was able to complete the reservation and move in without ever speaking to a person. Easy and convenient. The location is great, and facility was clean and spacious enough for a moving van and truck to pull in and move things without worrying about the rainy weather. When it came time to move out, I called thinking there was more I needed to do, but the friendly property manager let me know I had done everything I needed to do simply by moving out and reporting my move out date on the app.
I'm surprised this location they actually have a bay where you can pull up into and park your car and be completely out of the weather if you want to be also have carts to you so you don't have to carry everything up by hand very well lit very well maintain building. I was very well impressed whenever I was there with my friend today reasonable rates too if I ever need a storage unit I'm definitely going through them
