Nathan was SUPER HELPFUL!! Very sweet . A great example of excellent customer service!
I have a unit at Halsey and 72nd in Portland. This is not my first experience with Public Storage and to be honest, I have been down a rocky road, a flooded unit in St. John, seriously poor customer service and overpriced units with door issues.
However, I am writing this review about an employee who went out of his way to help me in a rough situation. His name is Rob and he was amazing. He asked if I was okay with everything. The door was so jenky and hard to open that I couldn’t do it alone. I was bringing someone with me every time I needed to access the unit. He spent a considerable amount of time fixing what he could, it required several steps and tools, spray and a ladder. He made a huge difference and was so kind and helpful. A big shout out to Rob!

I needed a storage unit quickly but I did not choose this location hastily. I had a very negative experience at the last unit I chose from a different company. Basically all of my photos and cards from my grandparents were destroyed because of water damage... I'm a very happy that I went with this location. I trust them to take care of my things as though they were in my own home. In a way our storage unit is an extension about her of my home.

Very secured. Need a code to get into the loading area. And a code to get onto the elevators. Staff knows what they’re doing and very helpful. Only downside is that there’s not a lot of dolly’s so when they’re all in use you might have to wait a while. There’s also one entrance and one exit. I do like that.

Excellent customer service but you need to clearly mark where elevators are located ! Also need to have markers that indicate the right area of your assigned unit ! I spent over an hour trying to find my unit and elevator! I'd figure who was at the desk would look on camera to see I was lost and going in circles !

I just got finished getting my unit, Jeremy was the employee on site who was helping me.
Not only did he help me find a unit that was over I guess I should say under half of what I was going to initially pay so he saved me like $100, he also gave me a lot of great info!
