I'm moving from NC to SC, and the seller allowed me to store my belongings in the new home's one-car garage a few days before closing. The problem was... only the furniture fit. Not the boxes! I was in a real bind. It was almost 6:00 pm, and I needed a storage unit! I'm so glad I found Public Storage. Not only were they open, but they got me into a unit almost immediately. I was pleased with the climate control and with how clean the facility was. But mostly, I was relieved to find a place to store my boxes until closing on my new home. Public Storage saved the day for me!

I had car trouble while in the parking lot of Aldi’s grocery store next to Pinnacle Storage. Brad was out picking up trash in the parking lot of Pinnacle Storage and noticed I was having trouble and offered help. I will absolutely refer all my friends and family to Pinnacle Storage. Tammy was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure that our moving process went as smooth as possible. I had already picked out and reserved a unit two weeks prior and when we arrived she knew right then that we would need a bigger unit to be able to fit everything. We are so thankful she did because it saved us the headache of having to move everything over once we realized it wasn’t big enough. She even went with me to the access doors to make sure the code worked! I would definitely recommend Tammy and Extra Space Storage to anyone that is looking for storage.
Tammy and britney at the boiling springs location were a big help in finding the right storage unit. Tammy made it easy to select which unit was best. Britney helped me figure my way around the building and showed me how to get in when the office is closed
