Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 413 Mauldin Rd, Greenville, SC

Moved into this very recently and the facilities are amazing. The property is kept very clean, and it is a very secure location. There are two doors just to enter (a set of roll up garage doors and a set of double doors), and if your unit is above the first, the elevator serves as a third secure space you need a code to enter. They do use near field tech with their app. I and others I spoke to while moving in did have issues with the elevator recognizing the app's access request. I actually got to speak with Mel who oversees the location and she will be looking into it. However it's a minor issue as the code grace time for entry is large on the elevator. They provide locks when you book in even online, so when we arrived we had a welcome brochure and the keyed bolt lock. Mel advised me that it is a billed item but that you can get a refund for it by returning it as well. It makes moving in so much easier however, as you don't need to remember a lock when you first get there. There's also a restroom at the facility, a nice convenience our prior storage option with another company lacked.

Very nice everything was done unexpectedly without any problems, any corrections. I would recommend my family and my friends to public storage

I came in today inquiring about a space, Kayla was very professional and greeted me with a smile. She answered all my questions, she was very informative and because of her dedication to making my visit a priority, I will be renting a space from Public Storage. Got excellent service from Mel and Rachel at this location. The facility is well set up for loading furniture and larger items with big external rollup doors that will keep you sheltered from the rain while you unload the security also seems to be very good and the facility is new and clean. Great customer service, which is a big deal for me!

This place is absolutely stellar!!! Always clean and staff is friendly! Melody is always most kind and helpful even while she is doing another task! I look for people on the streets just to tell them to come use their facility! This place is so good that if reincarnation does exist I want to come back as this Public Storage location…. : )

Melissa is such a hard worker she has such great customer service she was so friendly and down the Earth she is a great asset to you all's company. She should definitely be awarded for her professionalism. I will definitely tell my family and friends if they're in need of storage to come and see Melissa!

Melody at 413 Mauldin Road, Greenville, SC was so helpful and accommodating and can’t put into words how grateful I am for her and getting me out of an extremely stressful situation. It was evident that after loading my U Haul truck in Virginia that the storage unit that I had booked and paid for in South Carolina was not going to be large enough for everything on the truck. Melody was very sweet and understanding! She had my situation turned around for me in no time! I so appreciated her kindness and professionalism!! Thank you Melody!!

Niki at Public Storage was fantastic to work with. From the moment I arrived, she was extremely friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to give me a full tour of the facility and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The entire property looks spotless and very well maintained. I was also impressed by the amenities, especially having a clean bathroom available and a water fountain on-site — small details that make a big difference. Overall, Niki made the whole experience easy and welcoming. If you’re looking for storage and want someone who is knowledgeable, friendly, and upfront, I highly recommend working with her. 👍✨

The staff is very nice. The prices was right. Couldn't have asked for a great place to store my items. Thank you. The other thing you are right near less then 5 minutes to get to with the load of trips I made and still more to go. They even have an elevator to bring our stuff up.

Allie at the front desk was really nice and patient. I was having problems with opening the storage door and she came out to help me. She showed me how the lock works. She was very nice and professional. I was having issues with creating profile on line and she helped me with that. She was very nice and the storage place is very clean.
