The customer service was exemplar at 2332 N Germantow parkway. Ms. Bernice was extremely helpful and took care of everything I needed with extreme professionalism and a smile even over the phone.
Ms. Bernice was very inviting and knowledgeable of the facility. I appreciate the tour and assistance she provided, A+ Customer Service.
It has on its door 24hr available access. I came at 10am to move some stuff and it is closed. I am not able to access it with my code or app. This false advertising. On the door it says 24hrs iI will update with picture. Very misleading.
Update it was explained that you can get 24/7 access at an additional charge. Ms Bernice was sweet and good to work with .
I’ve had a storage unit here for a few months and I haven’t had any major problems with it . Although my account started messing up once Public Storage bought Strongpoint Self Storage, Ms.Bernice helped me with everything and made sure I still had access to my unit through it all. I recommend getting a storage unit here !
