Anthony was the attendant in office. I wanted to downsize my storage unit. He answered all my questions and even gave me a personal walk up to my new unit. The whole process was efficient and friendly.
I have had a storage unit at this facility for the past three years. We recently cleaned out our storage unit to downsize. Daneisha was very attentive and helpful with this process. She was knowledgeable, and when she was unsure of the answer, she immediately reached out to get the information we needed. She did all of this with a smile on her face! She made the process easy!
