Came in to ask about the entire process of renting a locker here. It is never fun when having to move and even worse when you don’t know where you want to take it . I needed a place to temporarily store some items from my home. Public Storage in my city is less than five minutes from where I live. The process of signing up for a storage unit was quick and the person who took care of me was pleasant and knowledgeable. His explanation of how the contract worked was understandable. We have been using this storage facility for a long time - over 6 years - it has been bought out by multiple companies over the course of the years. It's a solid location - easy to access and everything has been secure. I have no complaints about that. When Public Storage took over things went downhill; however, they seem to have cleaned up their problems. My main complaint is with the rent increases. They are unreasonable. The reason I am giving this review 5-stars is because of Bill, the manager who oversees this location and the Hulen location. He goes above and beyond to help. He is very friendly, knowledgable and caring. Five stars for Bill and about 2 stars for Public Storage in general. The location is a solid 4 stars, as well. Thanks, Bill!

Stephen O'Brien really helped me in a jamb this past Friday. I had set up a trip back to Benbrook to clear out our warehouse and had scheduled a U-Haul Truck and someone to help me load our stuff. However, the plane I booked out of Jacksonville, FL, with American Airlines kept getting rescheduled until late in the afternoon, when they cancelled it completely. I was unable to keep the truck or the help I was going to have to load it. However, Stephen made sure to cancel the move-out order and that we kept the warehouse until I could schedule another trip in to DFW. He is a pleasure to work with!!! Thank you Stephen for making sure my day did not turn into a total loss.

I have been with this storage since it first opened and through the transition to Simply Storage. The site is well built. It has a padded elevator and rolling carts. The bathroom is always very clean. The office staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I have needed it. Renee and now Stephen are great at what they do, and super friendly. Stephen keeps the place clean and the doors locked, all while being friendly. I could not ask for more. I have had 5 units. I am down to one, but all have been clean with no rodent issues.

Formally know as Cube smart storage. The new Simply Self Storage, has really helped me out with any issue that I have encountered. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone, its kept very clean and the staff is always willing to help. They also have 24 hour help line to answer any questions. Thank yall so much
Great, clean place, with wonderful customer service. They have rolling carts which are super helpful !!! I highly recommend this place !! It’s also right by a Goodwill so you can clean out your storage unit and easily donate your stuff !
