Oh my goodness, this amazing manager Najalie was hands down helpful, sweet, knowledgeable about the units, sizing, area and much more. We had to change the unit we booked online and was nervous and confused but as soon as we arrived she immediately helped with dollies and carts, changing our unit quick and efficiently, gave us ice cold water bottles on a HOT day in Houston. I checked out this Security Self-Storage on Stroud due to good reviews and location convenience. This is the cleanest, best presented outdoor storage facility I have seen. John was very helpful in determining what type of storage was best for my needs and made the process easy. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Reno was the one that helped us rent a unit and he made the process a lot easier but answering all our questions. He was very patient and nice and showed us all the available units. Overall experience was exceptional.

I came here after coming from a horrible storage place. John, was amazing! He has awesome customer service. This place was very clean and kept up. Maybe one suggestion is, have carts available for customers to haul large items.

About to give up on finding the right sized/priced storage unit, I dragged in to Security Self-Storage expecting another dismal experience. Instead, John took it on to himself to solve my problematic situation and, after above-and-beyond diligence and research was able to do so. We haven't moved in yet, but I can tell you that signing up was very easy. The value is great ($ for units), and the facilities are clean. The people who work there are happy and helpful. That's always a good sign of a good company.
This is the place to store your belongings if you want a clean, quiet, and secure environment for them. I've yet to find anything I don't like about the facility. Definitely sets the bar real high. Thanks.
