Outstanding service. We were visiting our unit and the light wasn’t working. Without even asking, the attendant (Andrew) got a latter and came and replaced the string that was needed for it to work. It was so refreshing to have someone so helpful willing to help us.
Andrew is super helpful. He showed me multiple locations and answered all of my questions and made sure I got the best deal and had a good understanding of everything.
Had a great experience moving in. The app was easy to use to open the gate and the doors, and I had a few minor hiccups with the elevator and the lock, but there was someone cleaning on the first floor and they were easily able to help me. Staff were very friendly.

It’s clean, convenient, climate controlled and most of all the property manager is always helpful and available to assist with any situation. In my previous experience at other locations, it was extremely difficult to get someone to help at all. Here, I don’t have that issue! I had to move out pretty quickly and this public storage did a fantastic job! I was able to move all my stuff here while I found a new place. The app was really convenient to use. Just be sure not be be there past closing cause then you’d have to call and have them let you out 😅

Hiwot helped me find my unit when it wasn’t on the floor I expected. Move in was smooth! My only complaint would be that the magnetic door holders are broken so you have to bring your own doorstop if you’re moving large furniture in.

I’m not sure what my expectations were from the staff of a storage unit but it certainly was this. The customer service at this location is top tier! I have had dealings with Miya and Hiwot who was from another location and my encounters have been absolutely superb these ladies have not exhibit an ounce of laziness or disrespect or aloofness about their profession. I had an issue at my unit which required both of them to walk to my unit on separate occasions and they did so unhesitatingly and with a hint of attitude. Man I’m in awe of the level of professionalism and customer appreciation…keep up the good work guys well in this case ladies

I rented a unit at a different location but I couldn’t stop by that particular location before leaving town, so I decided to stop in to this location to see if I could resolve a technical complication with my unit. I arrived first thing in the morning and was met by a staff member named Jamaica. Jamaica listened to me describe my problem and immediately jumped online to try to find a solution. She quickly came up with a path to resolving my problem and even made a few phone calls to make sure everything was in order at my unit location. I was so relieved to have a solution to my problem and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Jamaica was awesome and would trust her to help me with any problem!
I used this facility for two years and didn’t have any issues. Cleanly and secure. But the best part was the customer service by Tiara. She is absolutely amazing. I was told one thing about payment for vacating and then another happened. But she promptly fixed it! Thank you so much Tiara!
Jamaica is definitely one of the best customer service representatives I’ve experienced in a very long time. My moving experience was awful and public storage was closing a few minutes before me arriving. She was so sweet and understanding and waited for the moving company to finish unloading before leaving for her shift. She didn’t just stop there with the hospitality, today I arrived and my car battery died. I panicked and asked her if she by any chance had jumping cables. She did and opened my hood and put the cables on for me. I had no idea what to do and very grateful she was her. Jamaica deserves a promotion and raise. Thank you Public Storage for hiring such an amazing person. In the world we live in today acts of kindness are priceless.

Im from Beaumont Texas but have family in Houston Texas , and we needed help with a storage unit. I have to say this is the best customer service I’ve ever had 27 years of my life . I spoke to the property manager, Jamaica today, and she was very friendly and helpful with my questions on storing my belongings. In addition, she let me know what kind of lock to buy, which was again helpful! After I made my reservation online, Jamaica called me promptly to confirm my reservation. Moreover, I appreciated her relaying to me to have a "blessed day." Two thumbs up! :)
