NEVER had issues with Public storage. Staff is very helpful in anything you need yet very communicable. Jacob was a great help with showing me around and explaining things in detail. Keep up the great work and yall's help is very much appreciated 👏 Communication is excellent and issues resolved. Paperwork and payments are handled in line or via the app. The app is very helpful. Besides the administrative tasks you can accomplish via the app - seeing your contract, paying bill and credentials such as your code to access spaces you are authorized to enter. The app will also access spaces using your Bluetooth on your phone. This feature is a life saver for me. I constantly forget my code and don't worry about entering the code improperly. Access at all points of entry , gates, elevators ,etc.
The facility is maintained very well, clean and well lit. There are access hours - just be aware and don't get your vehicle locked in behind the gates. Carts are provided and people are really good about returning them to the proper location for others to find. The units that are tempeture controlled are properly maintained. Multiple elevators and access to the building make for efficient and many people accessing their units.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Never had any issues with communicating with them. Sometimes there aren't enough carts on my floor but I'm assuming it's people taking them and leaving them on other floors so maybe add a few more carts?

Overall, my experience with public storage has been excellent. I've used Public Storage before and the experience then was not as efficient. So here is the concept. It's basically all done on-line and operated contactless with no need to interact with staff. They do have staff that cleans and maintains the property inside and out. The front office is not staffed on a continuous basis. They will meet with you if you need anything at all. Communication is excellent and issues resolved. Paperwork and payments are handled in line or via the app. The app is very helpful. Besides the administrative tasks you can accomplish via the app - seeing your contract, paying bill and credentials such as your code to access spaces you are authorized to enter. The app will also access spaces using your Bluetooth on your phone. This feature is a life saver for me. I constantly forget my code and don't worry about entering the code improperly. Access at all points of entry , gates, elevators ,etc.
The facility is maintained very well, clean and well lit. There are access hours - just be aware and don't get your vehicle locked in behind the gates. Carts are provided and people are really good about returning them to the proper location for others to find. The units that are tempeture controlled are properly maintained. Multiple elevators and access to the building make for efficient and many people accessing their units.
Overall, I appreciate the upgrades that include great use of technology while maintaining standards and in my opinion elevating the facility, process and customer satisfaction. Don't forget to go online and check out their rates. $1 for the first month is an awesome deal. If you need a lock and return it within 30 days they will even return that fee.

Jeannette the manager is one of the most professional, organized and helpful people. She explained all the details of renting thoroughly and we feel our belongings will be left in the best possible hands. The space is maintained a high standard and is super clean and safe. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting from this facility.

She made sure my unique access code worked as well as going over the details of my contract. The office and the indoor hallways were spotless. There are no bad odors and clean floors. This left me thinking the property was well cared for. Most importantly, I am vision impaired, and she was very, very patient with me. I appreciate that.

I couldn’t find my keys, no clue what it looked like because the core looked different, she helped me determine what it looked like and scheduled replacing the lock if I couldn’t find it. She discussed options for switching to a new larger unit, and I found the key!!!!! She will be helping me so I can move on to a larger unit this Saturday. Monique was professional, helpful, understanding, and has a great personality. Reserved a unit online that was listed as the first floor. I received the unit number and it said 2nd floor. I went in ready to get a refund and Monique helped me and let me know the 2nd floor actually is the first floor as the building is on a hill. There’s a loading dock in the back that acts as a first floor so there’s no elevator involved. Checked out my unit and the building is very clean and well lit.

I was in need of immediate storage and she was able to get us storage today. Her customer service was exceptional. After dealing with so many locations and being new to the area, Melissa was awesome!

My mom is moving in with me and we can't fit all of her medical supplies in our home, so I needed a storage unit nearby. I came upon Extra Space Storage since its abt 5 min from our home. Naimir was a great help, getting me a wonderful deal on a small unit. Plus, she made it quick and simple. And her hair is soo cute too! Thank you Naimir!

After looking at several places my wife and I found this gem close to our house.The minute we arrived we were met by Melissa the property manager. So far my experience has been fantastic! This is my first Storage and Melissa was kind and patient enough to explain to me the terms and conditions of renting a storage space. I’m so thankful you have a wonderful employee working there.
The storage facility is well keep, secure and clean. I moved from a 10x15 unit into a larger 10x20 unit the next day because I needed more space.
I would say the only negative to renting a storage with multiple levels is you have to punch in your code to enter the building and punch in the code again to enter the elevator. Doesn’t seem like a difficult task but when you have to do it dozens of times as you offload your truck you’ll realize how arduous it is lol

Let me first start off by saying that I’ve been having the most terrible year - like a lot of us are- believe it or not some of us are seeing some good out of it. Unfortunately I’m one of the ones that have been the complete opposite. Having to move all your belongings into a place you know nothing about and worried about scams and contracts that try to trap you amongst just trying to figure this all out within just a couple of days is beyond stressful. From talking to Normani over the phone briefly and to stumbling in miserably to Jeannette meet me at the front door with a smile on her face was all I needed to feel safe and at ease about this place ! Jeanette went UP AND BEYOND from greeting me- accommodating me- showing me units & just being herself which is amazing down to really knowing how to communicate. She’s wise and understanding and she made me laugh even though laughing was probably the last thing on my mind. She went slowly over the each page of the contract - repeated herself multiple times so that I felt comfortable about the lease and made me copies of everything. Seriously ? You really don’t find customer service like that just anywhere-which sounds bad but it’s sadly the truth ! Anyways I’m excited to move my things in and am confident that this is a safe spot and storage company ! Oh also - month to month and no penalty to leave whenever you’re ready with some weeks notice of course- but TAHH how simple and easy?!
So google wont let me post another review since I've already posted one??? BUT I want to add in that MELISSA the property manager has went up and beyond for me when the transition happened and until this day. She just always is calm and willing to explain or help where she can. Me being out of state it can be difficult handling things with my storage but she always understands and helps where she can. THANK YOY MELISSA!! :)

had the worst morning so far and already tried two storage units that were CRAZY expensive, was driving by public storage going onto wurzbach parkway and Melissa helped and made my day slot better for the time being. She not only explained everything perfectly so i could understand she also helped us chose our unit and even took the time to show us a few units till we found the right size. After we chose a unit she helped get us a great deal and even told us of a promotion going on that qualifies us. Melissa was a great help in setting up my rental. She explained the terms of the agreement and showed me landmarks in the facility to help me find my storage room. She also helped a different person on a transfer and was considerate in getting their rooms close together without having the customer to ask.

It was a hassle free experience, and she showed me that they truly do value me as a customer. A lot times when a new company takes ownership of a business it can be a hassle getting everything switched over.
