Not far from my house. Good location. Easy access. Fair price. Everyone very nice and helpful. Location clean. very satisfied.
Facility is great and they made it very easy to obtain a rental unit. My only slight concern was that I was not offered to be in a specific area of the property instead I was placed with a rental in an uncomfortable area of the facility but overall I guess I am satisfied.
Chey and Adam helped today in the office download the public storage app.

I started renting a space at the peters creek location a couple of months ago and meant to write a review. I was helped by two women, the owner or manager I believe, and a new employee in training, who were incredibly helpful. I have never rented a space before and they walked me through the entire process with patience, as I had a lot of questions. A few days after being assigned a space I realized that there was a leak in mine and they immediately switched me to a new space with no hassle at all. The workers here had a very positive energy and strong work ethic. I feel confident in the Public Storage location that I chose and highly recommend renting here!

The lady Amanda was beyond excellent at her job! I just got storage unit earlier in the day. I wasn't to keen on it being an outside unit but I needed something and she made my life 10x easier ! I highly suggest dealing with her at this location they deffintly go out there way to make sure you are taken care of! Goodluck!
