Brand new facility, a few hiccups (gate opened but door to enter bldg wouldn't open, credited for loss of day) as with any grand opening. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Tomeka who went above and beyond making sure I understood the contract and was satisfied. I always choose Public storage.
