Sallie was great on customer service, helped out with me and my unit when Cardinal storage wouldn't. They have good sales too like 50% off brand new location no bugs and call to find out

Always clean and the management is always attentive and willing to help.

I spoke with Sherita several times before moving in and she helped beforehand, no one was onsite day of but that was fine got all moved in thanks 👍

Sallie is the best. She is so genuine. We could tell she takes pride in her work. She was intentional to make sure we got a good deal and she was careful to make sure we were all set up to move in. Also the facility is brand new and in a nice area.

The staff on site is friendly, helpful and second to none. This was something that I did not expect from a storage unit location. The location is clean, well cared for and has plenty of room for loading and unloading.

Aside from it being a brand new location that’s aesthetically pleasing and clean where I can trust that my items would be safe and secure, Public Storage should be proud to have Sallie onsite as a customer-facing representative. Sallie went over and beyond. She was super polite when I called, which prompted me to visit in-person. Sallie was highly knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. She quickly earned my trust and ultimately gained my business. Heck, before I knew it, Sallie was encouraging me to purchase the available insurance and she made m move easier by offering an array of packing supplies. Kudos to Sallie for all her help! It actually felt good knowing my belongings will ge in good hands with Public Storage!
